What a fantastic Weekend we have just had at our Gym. It has been over a year since Professor Tiago has been able to come visit and I was stoked with the amount of people who turned up and learnt some new cool Jiu Jitsu.
It's a massive change to our first ever seminar we had with Tiago, we had 12 people at that one. This time we had over 100 people attend our three seminars, he was blown away. I am super proud of all you guys & Girls as he was stoked with how well everyone had progressed since last visit.
I love having Tiago here for his Jiu Jitsu but also the stories he tell's about growing up etc, this guy has legit learnt off the best in the business, Rickson Gracie, Hoyler Gracie, Rillion Gracie, Roger Gracie and the list goes on.
One thing he said that rings true is that we need to train as much as possible, not just for your Jiu Jitsu but for the betterment of your life. When you feel down, stressed etc, training frees the mind and puts you in a better frame of mind. Please take this on board, make reasons to train not excuses not to train.
Congrats to all who graded, it was well deserved. I love seeing you guys progress, it makes what I do so worth while. My own Grading, I'm stoked but this wouldn't have happened you guys also, we train together, we progress together, we are a family.
Lastly I would like to thank our coaches who help out at the gym, George, Stephen, Bodey, Nacinta, Jorja & Kate, I couldn't do this without you guys.
Keep training all, you kids are killing it, so are the teens and the adults. Thank you all for everything, I legit love this gym.
